At TravelPae.com, we want you to book with confidence. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on eligible travel bookings. If you find a lower price elsewhere after booking with us, we’ll match it—or refund you the difference.
How It Works
If you book a flight, hotel, or vacation package through TravelPae.com and find the same itinerary at a lower publicly available price on another website within 24 hours of booking, submit a claim and we’ll verify and match the lower price.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match:
The competing offer must be:
Must be found on a major travel website or the provider’s official site (e.g., airline or hotel direct)
The price must be available at the time of verification.
The booking must be made directly through TravelPae.com.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
Prices from member-only, reward, coupon, or loyalty programs.
Bundled packages with unlisted individual prices.
Prices from auction or flash-sale websites.
Bookings made more than 24 hours ago.
Non-refundable or promotional fares with restricted terms.
Taxes, service fees, or credit card processing charges.
