1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelPae.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.

2. Scope of Service

TravelPae functions exclusively as a booking intermediary, connecting users with independent third-party travel providers (“Suppliers”) such as airlines, hotels, car rental services, cruise operators, and tour companies. We do not own or manage these services. Your bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier, which may differ from those of TravelPae.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Deposits and Final Payment: Certain travel arrangements may require a non-refundable deposit. Unless otherwise specified, full payment must be made 30–60 days before your scheduled departure, as dictated by the Supplier’s policy.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, and other forms of payment as listed during the checkout process.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change and availability until your booking is confirmed and full payment is received.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes by You: You may request changes to your booking; however, such changes may incur additional charges, including those from Suppliers and administrative fees from TravelPae.

• Cancellations: Cancellations may result in partial or total loss of payments, subject to the terms of the respective Supplier.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear for your booked travel service without timely cancellation, your payment may be forfeited entirely.

5. Travel Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the necessary documentation for travel, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and health records. TravelPae assumes no liability for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Health and Safety Obligations

You are expected to comply with all health and safety regulations, including any vaccination or testing requirements applicable at your destination. We advise checking official government sources for the latest guidelines prior to departure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelPae shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from your use of the Site or from services rendered by any third-party Supplier. This includes loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be held in the State of Nevada. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without reference to its conflict of law rules.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any modifications will become effective upon being posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
