Our Service Fees

At TravelPae.com, we strive to offer transparent pricing. Service fees support the technology, customer support, fraud prevention, and overall experience we provide. These charges are applied per transaction and vary depending on the service type and complexity of your booking.

Standard Online Service Fees

All fees will be converted to your local currency on the final payment page.
Passenger types include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military.

Special Case Adjustments

Some scenarios may result in higher service fees due to added booking complexity or premium offerings. These include:

• Vacation Packages: Up to $50 per passenger

• Business / First Class Flights: Up to $200 per passenger

• Multi-City or Open-Jaw Trips: Up to $100 per passenger

• High-Fraud-Risk Destinations: Up to $40 per passenger

• Flexible Travel Options (Alternate Dates/Airports): Up to $55 per passenger

• Fusion Fares / Value Deals: Up to $100 per passenger

• Unaccompanied Minor Bookings: Up to $100 per passenger

Contact Center Bookings

Bookings made through our customer service team, including complex itineraries like round-the-world or multi-stop trips, may incur higher service fees than online bookings.

Passenger Type & Fee Range:
General Passengers – $15 to $250
Senior Citizens – Up to $125

Contact Center bookings may include premium support and additional travel benefits.

Refund and Fee Policy

• Service fees are generally non-refundable.
• If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, the service fee may be refundable.
• Cancellations after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund of the service fee.
• You will only be charged the final total amount displayed at the time of payment.
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice, but your total price will remain as quoted at checkout.
